At LeadResponseHQ, we stand behind the quality of our lead generation services and professional marketing consulting. However, because our services involve the immediate allocation of digital resources, proprietary automation scripts, and customized marketing architecture, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. No Refunds for Digital Services
All services provided by LeadResponseHQ—including but not limited to lead-generation campaigns, niche landing page development, Reddit automation setup, and consulting—are considered Final Sale.
- Once a campaign has been initiated or work has commenced, we do not offer refunds.
- We do not offer “money-back guarantees” on lead performance, as market conditions and client sales follow-up are variables beyond our control.
2. Service Commitment
We are committed to the success of our clients. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the leads or the service provided, your sole remedy is to contact us at hello@leadresponsehq.com within seven (7) days of service delivery. We will make reasonable professional efforts to adjust our algorithms or campaign parameters to better align with your business goals; however, this does not entitle the client to a refund.
3. Subscription Cancellations
If you are enrolled in a recurring monthly lead-generation plan:
- Cancellation Notice: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must submit a cancellation request at least three (3) business days before your scheduled billing date.
- Effective Date:Â Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to your leads and dashboard until the period expires.
- Partial Months:Â We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By using our services, you agree to contact LeadResponseHQ directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback request with your bank or credit card provider.
- LeadResponseHQ will vigorously defend all chargeback claims by providing documentation of service delivery, IP logs of lead submissions, and these signed Terms.
- In the event of an unjustified chargeback, we reserve the right to report the incident to credit reporting agencies and specialized “bad-client” databases.
5. Termination of Service
LeadResponseHQ reserves the right to terminate service for any client who violates our Terms of Service (including using our leads for illegal or unethical marketing practices). In the event of termination due to a violation of our terms, no refund will be issued.
