2. No Guarantee of Results
While LeadResponseHQ uses advanced algorithms and marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads, the Client acknowledges that:
- We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, conversions, or sales.
- The final closing of a lead is solely the responsibility of the Client’s sales team.
- Market conditions and platform algorithm changes (e.g., Google, Meta, Reddit) are outside of our control.
3. Payment and Fees
- Service Fees:Â Fees for our services will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or during the checkout process.
- No Refunds:Â Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate allocation of resources and scripts, all payments are non-refundable once the campaign or service has been initiated.
- Subscriptions:Â If you are on a recurring plan, you are responsible for canceling before the next billing cycle.
4. Intellectual Property
LeadResponseHQ retains all rights to its proprietary automation scripts, Reddit engagement architectures, and lead-gen templates.
- Clients are granted a limited license to use the leads generated for their specific business.
- The Client may not reverse-engineer, sell, or distribute LeadResponseHQ’s proprietary marketing logic or software.
5. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information regarding their business and advertising spend.
- Follow all local and federal regulations (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM) when following up with leads provided by our system.
- Not use our services for any illegal or unethical “black hat” marketing activities that could damage the reputation of LeadResponseHQ.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadResponseHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadResponseHQ, its employees, and its owners from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising out of your use of our leads or your breach of these Terms.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
